Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pkrspine website at pkrspine.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkrspine ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

pkrspine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register for a pkrspine account and use any of its real-money services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrspine enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years old will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
• You are registering as an individual, in your own name, for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended pkrspine account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pkrspine employee or contractor.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction that pkrspine has designated as a restricted territory.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fabricated details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the pkrspine Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkrspine will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify pkrspine support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

KYC Verification. pkrspine is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before permitting continued play beyond certain thresholds. Verification documents may include:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals or, in persistent cases, account suspension.

Deposits & Payments

pkrspine accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method selected.

All funds deposited into your pkrspine account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkrspine does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your pkrspine account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• pkrspine does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrspine accepts no responsibility.
• pkrspine reserves the right to request verification of a deposit if it deems necessary for fraud prevention or AML compliance purposes.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. Contact support immediately if you have deposited an incorrect amount.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance minus any active bonus balance) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Excess winnings may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your account.
• pkrspine targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 2–6 hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• pkrspine reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if this applies to your request.
• In cases where a player has received a bonus, all applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.

pkrspine is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, bank processing times, network outages, or regulatory holds outside our direct control. Bonuses & Promotions

pkrspine offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: pkrspine employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated group exploitation of promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus. This cap, where applicable, is specified in the individual promotion terms.

Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the pkrspine Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and live dealer games — are governed by these Terms as well as the individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between a game supplier's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

RNG Games. All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, pkrspine, or any third party.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games stream in real time from professional studios. Results are determined by physical game actions (card deals, roulette wheel spins) conducted by trained dealers on camera. pkrspine accepts no liability for errors arising from streaming interruptions, though affected bets will be investigated and resolved fairly.

• In the event of a technical failure mid-game, bets will be settled according to the game state at the point of failure, or voided and refunded if the game state cannot be determined.
• Placing bets in excess of published table limits is not permitted. Any bet exceeding the maximum stake will be adjusted or declined.
• pkrspine reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a software error, pricing error, or human error.

Sports Betting Rules

pkrspine offers pre-match and in-play betting on a wide range of sporting events, with particular focus on PSL cricket, international cricket (Tests, T20Is, ODIs), and other popular sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pkrspine. The Company reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, obvious pricing errors, or market suspension triggered by regulatory or integrity concerns.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of late information. pkrspine may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: PSL betting markets are subject to the Pakistan Super League's official results. In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, affected bets will be voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result has been declared by the officiating authority.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per single bet is Rs 5,000,000 unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. This limit applies regardless of the stake placed or the odds obtained.

Responsible Gaming

pkrspine is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. To that end, pkrspine provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your pkrspine account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the pkrspine Platform. Self-exclusions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months for temporary exclusions, or 5 years for permanent exclusions.

pkrspine strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. We use age verification technology at registration and during periodic account reviews. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrspine Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting any other person in evading the single-account rule;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geo-restrictions or to mask your true identity or location;
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal purpose;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pkrspine staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrspine Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the property of pkrspine or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from pkrspine;
• Frame or mirror any content from the Platform on any other website or digital medium;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game provided through the Platform;
• Use any pkrspine trademark, logo, or brand identity without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrspine, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pkrspine does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components;
• Game outcomes will meet your expectations or result in winnings;
• Information published on the Platform is always current, complete, or accurate.

pkrspine's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms, regardless of the legal basis, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrspine account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

pkrspine collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering for a pkrspine account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary, pkrspine collects personal data for the following principal purposes:

• Account creation, identity verification, and ongoing account management;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions;
• Complying with our regulatory obligations under our international gaming licence, including KYC and AML requirements;
• Delivering promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them;

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrspine holds its international gaming licence.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkrspine with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
